After School Club Supervisor

We are are looking to hire enthusiastic, hardworking individuals in the positions of Supply Teachers. We are looking for positive and passionate teachers for daily and short-term supply cover, this position is non β permanent; supply teachers fill in teachers during their absence.
π Key Responsibilities
The After School Club β Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the well-being, safety, and development of children. This role involves ensuring a positive and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
As outlined in the full Job Description, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and monitor children from ages 3 β 11
- Follow safeguarding rules and ensure the safety of all children in all times
- Supervise children and ensure their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and respectful learning environment
- Address and resolve behavioural issues with children in a constructive and consistent manner
- Interact and engage the students with their academic studies and homework (Y1 onwards).
- Keep children busy by following a well-structured program of different activities
- Support and help students with a range of abilities
- Mediate any childrenβs disputes
- Report any incidents that occur swiftly to the After School Supervision Coordinator
β Candidate Profile
Required:
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be a positive, kind, and caring teacher
- Good behaviour management skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language both verbal and written
- Degree in educational field will be considered as an advantage
π Working Hours
We are welcoming expression of interest for our Junior School site for five (5) working days per week and for working hours either between 13:00 to 15:30 or 13:00 to 16:30.
πΌ Remuneration & Benefits
- The gross monthly salary for the position is β¬550 for the full contractual working hours and on a pro rata basis in accordance with the agreed working schedule. Following two (2) years of continuous service in the position, the gross monthly salary will increase to β¬600, subject to satisfactory performance and continued employment in the role.
- Generous time off aligned to the school calendar: enjoy extended paid time off when the school is closed, including 1 week in October, 1 week in February/March, 2 weeks at Easter, and 2 weeks at Christmas (as per the annual school calendar) and other school/public holidays.
