HR Trainee

We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of Human Resources. This role provides exposure to the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and learning & development. It is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a strong foundation for a career in HR.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities

As outlined in the full Job Description, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
  • Assist in onboarding new staff and coordinating induction programmes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team with policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with HR reporting (headcount, turnover, leave, etc.).
  • Contribute to staff engagement, training, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations.

  • Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
